Bench Overview: Quick look at How To Replace The Front Brake Caliper On Your Car. It's Way Easier Than You Think! in the shop.
My wifes aging SUV has certainly started to have rust issues and one of those has been the brake system. Just last week her drivers front caliper started to stick and overheat so I decided it was time to replace it. The days of rebuilding these things it pretty well over, although I'm sure you can still find a kit if you look hard enough.
For less than $60.00 including the caliper and fluid, She's back on the road. To have this done at a local shop would have run over $500.00 minimum.
This video also marks the first time in 380 videos that my wife, or at least her voice finally makes an appearance. Never say never!
