Well, it works! I forgot to post this at the start of the month, but here is the final video in the mower deck resto series.

I ended up removing the deck and replacing a missing washer on the far left spindle to correct the blade height issue. Other then that its been working great and I've jut the entire place about 3 times now including one very rainy Saturday. Not bad for a 23 year old tractor!
