So this is part 4, the final part in the series of buying and using Harbor Freights manual tire changer and this bubble balancer to mount and balance a set of tires for my wife's Honda.
In the end they both work great, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else. Much like the Automotive Scissor lift, I find myself asking why I didn't get these 10 years ago!
